Sustainability
Innovating with sustainable PU
At Systemhouse, we highly value sustainability and environmental awareness. When developing our polyurethane systems, we therefore innovate continuously. This way, we further reduce our impact on the planet and contribute to a sustainable future.
Sustainable product, sustainable production
Polyurethane is in itself a very sustainable and ecological product.
- PU scores best in terms of CO2 emissions compared to insulation alternatives.
- Thanks to its expansive nature, PU is very effective for seamless insulation with minimal thickness.
- Polyurethane insulation has a very long lifespan.
- Polyurethane contains virtually no harmful substances.
- PUR does not cause irritation or allergies due to flying microfibres or dust.
- For our spray systems, we use HFO as a climate-neutral blowing agent.
At the same time, we produce our polyurethane systems according to a sustainable production process.
- We reduce our ecological footprint by reducing the use of fossil fuels.
- We use recycled, reused and renewable raw materials. In this way, we need fewer fossil raw materials and generate less waste.
- We continue to innovate and explore how to make our products circular by reusing PU products or processing them into raw material for new PU products.
Sustainable entrepreneurship
Sustainability is also central to our business philosophy. We strive for long-term partnerships based on mutual respect. This applies to relationships with our suppliers and customers as well as with our employees.
To increase customer satisfaction, we make continuous efforts to improve our quality management system.
Ecological commitment
We take our social responsibility seriously.
On the one hand, we continuously investigate how we can improve the efficiency of our production, and on the other, how we can reduce our impact on the environment. We do this with an energy-efficient production line and by being conscious of how we use raw materials.
At the same time, we invest in making our polyurethane products more sustainable using reused, recycled and/or renewable raw materials.
