Adhesives

Systemhouse develops systems based on PIR and PUR foams for the continuous and discontinuous production of sandwich panels. Both polyisocyanurate and polyurethane are lightweight insulation materials with excellent thermal insulation values compared to other types of insulation.

Based on their optimal thermal efficiency and sustainable properties, sandwich panels are suitable for a wide range of applications. At Systemhouse, we cater for this with a range of products with which different types of sandwich panels can be manufactured.

  • B3 and B2 polyurethane systems (PUR)
  • BS2 and BS1 polyisocyanurate systems (PIR)
  • FM polyisocyanurate systems (PIR)

All these systems comply with the most stringent fire classifications. The optimum filling capacity also guarantees the homogeneous mechanical properties of the sandwich panels.

The PUR and PIR systems are suitable for the production of wall panels and roof panels, with a thickness of 10 mm to 220 mm.

Spray systems

We develop a wide range of spray systems for indoor and outdoor applications. These foams - also called sprayed insulation foam, PUR foam or spray foam - are suitable for various insulation applications and guarantee excellent insulating performance.

Our spray foams are tailor-made. At our plant in Belgium (Moeskroen), we fine-tune their composition to our customers' specific needs.

Depending on the application, we differentiate between two systems. Both are suitable for renovation and new construction.

Spray foams based on HFO blowing agent

These systems combine excellent insulation performance with easy application on site. They are suitable as sprayed PUR for insulating floors, walls and roofs. In development, high-quality polyurethane was complemented by the latest blowing agent technology. HFO (hydrofluoro-olefins) is also an environmentally friendly blowing agent with a GWP value < 1.

Low density, open cell systems

These lightweight water-blown spray systems are environmentally friendly and suitable for filling narrow cavities when insulating roofs, walls or crawl spaces. The high amount of open cells thereby ensures the stability of the foam.

Pipe insulation

Polyurethane also forms the basis for pipe insulation of heat networks and cooling systems. Our advanced pipe insulation systems are designed to ensure high mechanical strength and good adhesion.

These polyurethane solutions are suitable for small and for large pre-insulated pipes and ducts. In addition to excellent insulating properties, they also offer a high level of protection. In thus, the PU raw material contributes to the reliable and durable performance of the insulation pipes.

Insulated pipe with the Systopur UD380 system passed testing at the International Material Assessment (IMA) in accordance with the EN 253 standard. This is an important milestone, as IMA is a highly regarded certification body that provides testing, monitoring, and certification services for manufacturers and suppliers worldwide.

Roller Shutters

Our PU foam systems for roller shutters are designed to optimise both the production quality and production efficiency of roller shutters.

These CO2-blown solutions were developed specifically for the production of roller shutter systems. They are available in different densities depending on specific needs:

  • low-density CO2-blown systems: 50 kg/m³ to 80 kg/m³
  • High-density CO2-blown systems: 130 kg/m³ to 250 kg/m³

Both systems improve the insulating capacity of the shutters. The high-density systems additionally increase the wind resistance and impact resistance of the shutters.

Cold rooms and doors

Polyurethane-based systems are ideal for insulating cold rooms. This is because they have exceptional thermal insulation properties, they are durable and they are energy-efficient.

Based on our range of polyurethane systems and blowing agents, our customers can manufacture high-quality sandwich panels and doors. These provide an optimal insulation envelope for cold rooms.

Our solutions for insulating cold rooms:

  • CO2-blown insulating foam
  • HFO-blown insulating foam
  •  Pentane blown insulating foam

Thermal insulations

Our innovative technologies improve the thermal insulation level of various applications. One such application is the thermal insulation of pipe circuits, installations and accessories.

At Systemhouse, we specialise in SYSTOFOAM UI systems. These are custom designed to inject foam on site (in-situ). These spray foam systems not only achieve superior insulation performance, they also meet the strictest fire safety standards. For example, our solutions make it possible to achieve EUROCLASS BS3d0 fire classification according to EN 13501, especially for ISOXAL boards.

Adhesives

Our range of adhesives was developed specifically to improve the production processes of high-quality sandwich panels. The focus is on achieving reliable and durable adhesion to different materials (polyurethane, mineral wool or polystyrene).

  • The filled adhesives are designed for the production of A2-rated mineral wool-based sandwich panels.
  • The unfilled adhesives are ideal for the production of sandwich panels with an EPS or PIR core.

All our adhesive systems are suitable for the continuous or discontinuous production of sandwich panels. This applies equally well to the large-scale production of sandwich panels and to the production of customised panels.

Sectional doors

Our advanced insulation systems for sectional doors are based on the same production process as polyurethane sandwich panels. Consequently, they are of the same quality and guarantee sectional doors with a good insulation value.

Based on our customers' needs, we design specific products for sectional doors that meet the strictest fire safety standards. Specifically: B3 and B2 polyurethane (PUR) systems.
