Systemhouse was founded in 2009 by Jacques Castelein. Since then, we have become an absolute specialist in customised polyurethane solutions. Our headquarters and factory are located in Mouscron (Belgium), our customers operate all over the world.

Independent formulator and manufacturer of PU

We are not tied to fixed suppliers for the purchase of raw materials. This independence allows us to start from the best raw materials to create products with the best properties. As a polyurethane partner, we always take our customers' demand as our starting point, rather than an existing product range.

Inhouse technology

Everything we create is done in-house in Mouscron (Belgium). Both our lab and our factory are high-tech. While for development we can rely on our experienced team with a solid know-how of the possibilities of polyurethane, production is automated and computer-controlled. 

We thus combine human know-how with state-of-the-art machinery and a deep understanding of market needs. This results in personalised solutions of the highest quality.

Our team consists of experienced employees with an excellent knowledge of the polyurethane sector, both in terms of production and technology and global regulations.

We closely follow technological innovations and participate in various European committees on regulations and standards for sandwich panels, fire testing and product classification. This is how we ourselves contribute to quality standards and the development of our sector.
